The sales rep (Bruno) who came and measured our bathrooms was great and professional. Prices were fair and quality of the glass is good. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is the labor workers they hired to install the glass urinated all over my toilet seat and left a disgusting mess after they installed the glass and left before I could discover and confront them. Very unprofessional. This would’ve been a good experience otherwise.

Do not buy from American Glass Shower Door. The master bathroom door always rubbed at the bottom, and they came more than three times. In the end, they took it away and will bring it back again. On top of that, they charged me $300 to remove the kids’ bathroom door and another $300+ to reinstall it, even though I bought two doors for almost $2,000 each. Now they want to charge $600, which is about 30% of the cost of a new door, just to remove it and reinstall it. That makes absolutely no sense. Very poor service. I do not recommend them. I would give them minus one star if I could.

We had 3 different companies provide quotes. If you’re looking for a professional company with excellent service as well as price then American Shower Glass LLC is the one. Bruno arrived as scheduled dressed in a company logo shirt and business card. He measured our showers and entered this information into a computer program so we could see & visually know what we were getting. The install team also arrived as scheduled and proceeded to install our shower doors.
They produce their own glass cuts & hardening in-house!
As a recommendation to all shower door companies it would be very helpful if you brought with you the 3 different glass samples as the clear glass vs the other options appear green vs clear so it’s important to know the difference. We actually went to the show room to be sure we selected correctly.

Fabulous company and super easy process. The pricing was good too. It's not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. The glass is very high grade and super thick. The hardware is quality and elegant. They even sent us a video link on how to clean our glass to take great care and insure the warranty is maintained. The installers were right on time and took great care to install cleanly and without any issues. They even cleaned up from where my previous metal frame had rusted on the grout. First off we were very impressed right from the start with Bruno when he came out to give us the estimate for what we wanted to have done. He was very respectful, professional and helpful in helping us make the right decisions. He was not pushy and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need.

Junior came saw my bath job, and in 10 `12 days I had my new doors installed by 2 Excellent technicians who were very professional and also polite and personable, traits rarely seen in this climate of dog eat dog home renovation professionals. Easy ordering process. Clear information. Install was quick and efficient. We were asked to look at the install, which was from the outside. It was great, beautiful, even, and seemed tight. But the one thing that should have been better is ask us to look inside the shower because they left pieces of the old shower , old caulking on the shower floor! We saw this after they left. Shocked that we had to vacuum the shower before using it. They did some scrapping of old attachments off the tile but not all was taken off. This should be pointed out even if it’s not part of the install so we would know that we had more work to do. Who wants old stained tiles after getting a nice new door?

After adding tiles to my bathroom shower, the finshing touch was adding a door. Thank you American Shower Glass for making the process easy. On the day of the installation I was very excited but come find out that the door could not fit. Clearly, not American Shower Glass fault. As a customers I realize that some of the walls in my home are not alway even and straight and can create setback in future remodeling. We had a great experience with this company. Did a lot of our chatting through text message (which was my preference) and then scheduled an appointment. Install was 8 days after ordering. We contacted them because we noticed one of the black clamps were scratched and there was a problem with the silicon in one area. They immediately scheduled a servicing appointment for next week.
